New Balance after paying July's mortgage bill: $115,941.90
To Date I've paid an additional $498.19 in extra principle payments. If I stopped now and just paid the minimum balance on my mortgage I have saved $2,602.56 in regular payments and $6,941.47.
That's $9,544.03 for parting with $498.19. Not bad
