my tile was installed Monday and Tuesday
Wednesday the grout started cracking... finally got a hold of someone thursday... Friday a crew showed up after i worked 10 hours today and started scraping up the grout.

Finally got Customer Service to call me back and i went ahead and told her the whole long story. I'm asking for a full refund. She said her boss authorized an additional 15%... but after my story she's going to talk with her again and explain it all over again. (I received 10% back on my tile for the 1st repair. so I have 90% left that i paid for and i'm going to fight for every dime of it.)
