Since i've been complaining so much

I wanted to pass on a wonderful customer service experience I had with Cox.

My internet stopped working and I kept getting a proxy error. I called and told the woman on the line i had already disconnected the modem and rebooted it and my computer (and for once she didn't have me do it again.). After a few minuets and a few different tries of some tech stuff, I was up and running and I asked to be transferred to her boss to gloat about how fantastic she was.

At least I could make someone else day.

I really appreciate good customer service... Especially since i've been getting such bad luck lately
