and another offer was made yesterday for a really nice fixer upper.
Why do I have the feeling i'll be getting a one bedroom apartment in december?
I'm also going to the front office to ask them to re-duce our rent on our apartment since my roommates income is dropping badly and they are renting out unit floor plan much cheaper then what we are paying. (they let people out of the lease if they loose their job, so i'm going to see if we can negotiate.)
