never mind....

So much for lay off protection… I called the place (acting like someone who doesn’t live there)and It’s only on new leases or renewals… and I’d have to be the one who gets canned. (I make over 50% of our qualifying income)…

So I won’t be going down to the office and trying to negotiate the rent. No need for them to know roommates money is getting tight because they are cutting her hours at work. She’ll just have to deal and keep paying me.
