The search area of my future home has now been expanded to include a few more cities.
no bites yet... but Monday will be another round of hunting and more hunting. At least next month I'll be adding some more cash to the illusive house downpayment fund... I just got to figure out how to live cheaply without a lease if i don't find something before my lease is up...
renting a room is looking better all the time when i think about the "not wanting a lease" thing. but i'll hate not feeling like the place is mine.
