and it's not what i hoped it would be... I'm only getting a 4% raise... not a 6% raise... (all because of my not so stellar review.)
I can't blame them-- It's my own fault for my bad review, but it does make me sad. (an estimated 300 sad...)
After I took the 87.39 i was expexting in overtime from this week, plus the retro-- I have $614.02 (on the plus side, looks like my xmas fund is intact! yeah!)
Luckily, everyone is getting an across the board raise increase of 4% in january so that will help boost it up.
