Another Fresh and Easy Trip

On Sunday I was working a double (another lifeguard training course) so my fiance and I weren't able to hit Fresh and Easy early like we normally do (early with a well thought out list)... Somehow we made it work though...
  • 2 cans of kidney beans (1.58)
  • 1 can of Olives (1.49)
  • 1 can of pineapple (1.49)
  • 3 cans of tomato sauce (1.17)
  • Frozen Edamame (1.69)
  • Frozen Peas (1.29)
  • Pork Roast  (12.27) (2.99 lb)
  • Hot dogs (1.49)
  • Salsa (1.69)
  • BBQ Sauce (1.39)
  • Granola bars (1.98)
  • Cilantro (0.98)
  • Lime Juice (1.29)
  • Mushrooms (1.89)
  • Salad mix (3.99)
  • Hamburger buns (1.29)
  • Potatoes (0.98)
  • 2 green bell peppers (0.98)
  • Tomatoes (0.98)
  • Vanilla almond granola (2.98)
  • Apple sauce (1.59)
  • Tortillas (0.98)
  • 8 yogurts (4.58)
  • Windex (2.99 + 0.21 tax)
  • Marsh-mellow Fluff (1.19)
  • Frozen Empanada's (3.29)
  • Frozen Burritos (3.19)

Total: $60.91 - $10 off coupon, = $50.91
A little more processed convenience food then normal but with the busy schedule I had last week and this week (I'm working 14 days straight) we wanted to have a few quick options to keep us eating at home and on track... instead of in the drive thru line.

  1. I was just curious what you're doing with all this marshmellow fluff you keep buying.

  2. My fiance likes to make "fluffer-nutter" sandwiches.

He puts peanut butter on one slice, marshmallow fluff on the other... and smashes it together...

I don't touch the stuff (cause it just sounds like a food death trap) but he likes it.
