they are sending me my packet of information in 8-10 business days... i fill it out and they transfer my sharebuilder account to them.
I also called about the fees too.
They only take .20% of whatever dividends and capital gains i get... not like when i sell anything or what not.
I think Vanguard is my new best friend.
