First Capital One 360 wouldn't take it because my phone number was handwritten on the form...
Then Vanguard calls me to tell me they need a statement along with the paperwork...
Who would have thought it would take so much time and effort to move an account?

I have been a long time follower of your blog though have never commented. I just want to say that I admire how you manage your finances and the details that you put in your monthly/ yearly updates. Great job! I too have just gone through the process of transferring investment accounts - so much paperwork.
