So back in the day, many years ago I used to blog at a different web address. I started blogging around the "woman in red" message boards and MSN and I eventually decided to roll my blog archive over here as "South County Girl" when the message boards ended and I felt it was time to just change things up a bit.
After awhile (maybe a year?), I deleted the old blog and just kept blogging over here. Fast forward a few years and that brings us to today... where I finally had some time to go through my Google Reader.
I was trying to get caught up on the blogs I follow that I missed over vacation... and I started seeing all these fashion posts that I had "subscribed too..."... over 27 posts in a week...
But I never subscribed to them... I'd never seen the blog before...
A few clicks later and I had my answer. Someone took my old web address from my old blog and uploaded their fashion blog/content to take advantage of my old subscribers and not updated links...
I removed the blog from my feed, but it was a bit creepy to see my old web address like that.
Some days I wish the internet wasn't so creepy.
