I had my inspection done... a few things need to get fixed and updated, but not too bad... and i know a few people who can help me.
I'm still waiting for the dang papers tho---- so i can start my loan... but my loan guys know the date we need to close by so its just a game of wait and see (and keep sending them new copies of everything once I get new statements)
I bought $100.00 worth of mutual funds from the $2,000 i have sitting for my Roth IRA (i noticed this week that I started to loose a little cash, in the fund, so I bought some more to lift my spirits)
